- Try deleting and re-downloading the app, and log back into your account.
Having trouble saving a product from the Safari share extension? Here are a few tips before you submit a help request:
- Try clearing your cache and cookies to remove temporary files that may be causing issues.
- If the Locker mobile app isn't appearing within your apps, refresh the product page. Then the Locker app should appear.
- Ensure you are viewing only one product at a time, instead of a page of products before clicking the Locker share extension.
The Locker app isn't allowing me to choose the photo I want for the product. How can I correct this?
- If you have saved a product via the mobile extension but it is only providing you one or a few photo options, this might be because of how the brand's website has structured their website.
- Our extension pulls any photos that a brand has allowed to be associated with a corresponding link. For some, this means every product image including the various colors it may come in. For others, it will only show a single default color / photo.
- Even if the desired product color or image is not available to be saved to the app, we recommend saving the product to your Locker app and going back to desktop to adjust the saved color or image.
- If you come across a website that doesn't properly pull in the product images, please submit the website and product URL to this submission form so our team can work to correct this issue!
